Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The grill mounting plate and rail mount are designed to separate and reattach without unscrewing any hardware and without the use of tools. This simple design helps prevent the loss of small installation hardware, and helps ensure that your Rail Mount will be convenient and easy to use for many years.
The Quick Release Rail Mount is constructed of anodized aluminum with stainless steel hardware. The Rail Mount allows the grill to hang outside or inside the boat's rail.
