Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are shipped via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed the same business day if placed before 3pm CST. (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times & Costs

Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Free Shipping: 2-7 business days — Free for all orders over $150.00
  • Economy Shipping: 2–7 business days — $9.95
  • Standard Shipping: 1–6 business days — $13.95

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Oversized & Special Items

Oversized or freight items may incur additional shipping charges.
Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) items are shipped via Free, Economy or Standard shipping only, in accordance with carrier regulations.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or external factors

  • Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying items and may exclude oversized or freight shipments

Sales Tax Collection Notice

Egret Marine is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on taxable orders shipped to addresses in states where we have a sales tax collection obligation (economic nexus or physical presence).

  • Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address you provide and the applicable state and local tax rates.
  • Tax rates are subject to change based on current laws and regulations in each jurisdiction.
  • If you are shipping to a state where Egret Marine does not currently collect sales tax, you may still be responsible for paying use tax directly to your state.
