Do you stock all products shown on your website?
Do you stock all products shown on your website?
No. The products that we sell are shipped directly from our suppliers warehouse. Availability is clearly reflected at checkout, and we only sell items that are ready to ship within the stated handling time.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish you could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel due to our fast processing times.

We currently ship within the Continental United States only. Orders will be shipped via major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, international delivery addresses or U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address stated with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
