Refund & Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Trolling motors

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective)

Return Process

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return, please contact us at support@egretmarine.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned item and supplier policies. The applicable fee (if any) will be communicated during the return authorization process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@egretmarine.com.

Include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

If an order cannot be canceled, it may still be returned in accordance with this policy.
