    • Or paste your tracking number directly into the carrier’s website (links below).
    • Most orders ship the same business day.

What to Do If You Haven’t Received Tracking Info

  • Orders usually ship the same business day (Monday–Friday). Weekend orders ship the next business day.
  • Check your spam/junk folder for the shipping confirmation email.
  • Log into your Egret Marine account and view your order status.
