Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Snappy Teak-Nu Formula No. 1 must be used with Snappy Teak-Nu Formula No. 2 to achieve best results. For badly soiled, oiled, or coated teak: 1. Wear protective gloves. 2. Apply Formula No. 1 directly to wet deck using a medium bristle brush, spreading evenly across the area to be treated. When the treated area darkens to a uniform dark brown, use a coarse bristle brush to scrub lightly. 3. Apply Formula No. 2 evenly and scrub lightly to remove dirt. 4. Rinse brushes thoroughly after use.
