Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. To achieve the best results overall, use the full Xanigo System, which includes stain remover, waterless wash, mold and mildew preventer, quick wash, and UV protector. All of these are designed not to break the mold and mildew preventer’s bond for the longest-lasting prevention possible.
