Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. For best results, apply to surfaces that are cool to the touch and clean. If deck is dirty, use Star brite Non-Skid Deck Cleaner as Step 1. Spray Non-Skid Deck Wax onto surface to be treated, spreading evenly with a cotton cloth, microfiber cloth or Star brite Reggae Mitt to ensure uniform coverage. Wipe up excess with a clean, dry cloth or Reggae Mitt. Use as often as needed.
