Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Spray Vinyl Cleaner onto surface to be cleaned. Use a cloth, soft brush or sponge, rub in a circular, overlapping motion to ensure uniform coverage. Allow Vinyl Cleaner to work into surface for 15-30 seconds before wiping clean or rinsing. Stubborn stains may require a repeat application that is allowed to soak in for about a minute, followed by light scrubbing and rinsing or wiping clean.
