Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. NMEA Adapter f/PC
The USB to NMEA Serial Adaptor cable is a simple and effective method for connecting NMEA 0183 compatible marine equipment to a PC. Each cable contains a small internal electronic circuit board, housed in the USB connector. This circuitry provides full bi-directional conversion of the serial data and also includes Tx and Rx LEDs which give a visual indication of data traffic on the cable.
The other end of the cable is bare, tinned wire ended connections which can be quickly connected to the NMEA 0183 compatible equipment with suitable connector block or terminals. The cable is FCC, CE and RoHS compliant.
The USB side of the cable is USB powered and USB 2.0 full speed compatible. Each cable is 1.8m long and supports a data transfer rate up to 1 Mbaud. Drivers are available for WinXP, Vista, Win7, LINUX and Mac OS X.
