Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. For fast release, long-term storage: Remove white pouch from foil and place in the enclosed tray. Use one pouch per 1000 cubic feet. Each pouch treats an area up to 10’ x 10’. Ventilate area for 10 minutes before re-entry. Place tray with pouch in center of area, ensuring pouches are evenly spaced for maximum effectiveness. Repeat treatment before odors reappear.
