Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. For optimal results, pre-treat any dirty or stained wood with STAR BRITE Premium Teak Cleaner. Shake well before use, apply with a sponge, cloth, or brush in the direction of the wood grain, and rinse thoroughly with fresh water after 5 minutes. Use when the temperature is above 50°F and protect your hands with rubber gloves. To preserve and protect the cleaned wood, follow up with STAR BRITE Premium Golden Teak Oil or Tropical Teak Oil Sealer. Remember to immediately rinse off spills and drips from surfaces not being treated.
