Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Spray Salt Off on surface to be treated. Let application soak into salt for 10-30 minutes. Heavy salt build up may require scrubbing with a brush. Rinse and let air dry. Use Star brite Salt Off Concentrate (available in 32 fl. oz. – #93932 and Gallon sizes – #93900) to refill this bottle. Add 1 fl. oz. of concentrate to empty bottle and fill remainder of bottle with fresh water.
