Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Usage Directions:
Wash your car out of direct sunlight while the surface is cool. While the surface is still wet and out of direct sunlight, spray a small amount of product evenly across the surface, treating one section of the vehicle at a time. Only a light mist of the product is needed. Immediately rinse the section off. You will see water beading on the surface, meaning it is now protected. Repeat the steps on all sections of the vehicle, and then dry thoroughly with a waffle weave drying towel or microfiber towel.
