Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. EPIRB/PLB Programming Service
Programming service requires that we have the vessel's MMSI number and country of registration. The vessel name may also be programmed into the unit; please provide this if desired. Some countries have additional or alternative requirements; we will contact you if more information is necessary.
International agreements dictate that EPIRBs must be programmed for the country under the flag of which a vessel sails or of which the vessel owner is a resident in order to register the beacon with that country's SAR authorities.
