Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. LB15V Lithium Primary Battery
The LB15V is a Primary Lithium non-rechargeable battery that is only intended for use when the SR303 is being used in an emergency situation. It includes a battery witness label so that there is never any question as to whether the primary battery has been used or not. Once the witness label is removed, the radio will auto power on when the battery is connected, and the unit will also automatically enter GMDSS operation mode with the following preset settings: channel 16, volume level 8, and squelch set to 2. This battery is the only battery included when the SR303 radio is purchased as an Emergency Radio (p/n 4586). When the SR303 is purchased as an Emergency Radio Full Kit (p/n 4587), then the LB15V Primary non-rechargeable is included in addition to the RB16V rechargeable Lithium battery for everyday use.
