Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. They are of a rugged construction featuring high-grade molded side plates that are through-bolted and riveted for added strength and security. All load-bearing components and interior frame are from marine grade 316 stainless steel and both plain and ball-bearing sheaves are available. This sleek and versatile range is engineered for use on larger cruising and racing yachts and is compatible with our ball-bearing mainsheet traveler system.
