Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Why use Gtechniq Ceramic Top?

Ceramic Top offers unparalleled dirt-repellency, gloss, and surface slickness.

It has an exceptionally strong anti-static function that helps to keep surfaces dust-free, and also contains a strong UV filter to help prevent premature fading.

Ceramic Top uses a permanent chemical bond to either bond directly to your boat’s gelcoat or topcoat, or a previously installed layer of Ceramic Base.

Simple steps to help you get the best results:

  • If applying directly to gelcoat or topcoat, polish the surface to remove any imperfections.
  • Ceramic Top bonds best to surgically clean surfaces. Use Gtechniq Panel Wipe and a Gtechniq MF1 Microfibre to remove all polish residue.
  • Soak the application pad with product. Spread onto an area measuring no more than 2’ by 2’ (60 x 60cm) and remove residue with a Gtechniq MF1 Microfibre.
  • Product usage – The amount of product you will need will vary depending on factors such as the micro porosity of either your gel coat or marine topcoat. The requirement will be anywhere between 5.5 to 7ml/square meter (0.5 to 0.7 ml/square foot).
