Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Control Cable & Terminator Kit for Standard Switch Control

The Explore control input cable kit can connect either a switch input or DMX controller to the Explore E6 and E7 lights. The kit includes a 5-meter control input cable and terminator.
