Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. This RAM® iPad Track Mount (RAM-HOL-AP23-354-TRA1U) is made up of a C-size 1.5" ball molded to a high-strength composite base, a rubber friction washer, and a stainless steel T-bolt for sliding into any third-party track system or the RAM® Tough-Track™ line of tracks.
Simply insert or slide the Track Ball™ into the track and twist the ball clockwise to tighten it in place. Twist counterclockwise to loosen or adjust the ball. Included in this kit are a C-sized medium-length socket arm and a form-fit cradle for the iPad Pro 11" (1st-4th Gen), Air 4 & 5, providing a perfect fit for the iPad without a case.
