Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The fist-mic has built-in controls for channel up/down, hi/low power selection, and instant access to channel 16 or another preferred channel. The fist-mic also features noise-canceling technology so you'll always be heard loud and clear regardless of engine or background noise. Raymarine's fist-mic is also detachable and can be connected from the front or rear for installation flexibility.
