Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. This high-efficiency UL-60950-1 approved AC-DC power converter provides a highly regulated output DC voltage of 13.8 Volts at 23 Amps with an AC input of 120 Volts, 60 Hz. These advanced switch-mode DC power supplies were designed specifically for land mobile radio (LMR) applications. The power supplies produce clean reliable power and are highly filtered to suppress RFI. The unit comes with a detachable power supply cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. Features include over-current, short-circuit, and over-voltage protection. The AC-DC switching power supply conforms to FCC Part 15(B), class B digital device.
