Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Important information
The charge cable supplied with the device (tablet, phone, action camera, etc) must be used to achieve maximum charge performance from this charger. Phones will charge at the same speed, whether on a 12V or 24V input voltage system. However, a 24V system must be used to get the full 60W output suitable for fast-charging laptops.
