Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Flip Pro with front bezel was manufactured as an adaption to the original SC-USB-F1 to offer flexibility to installation, as in some cases, it is not possible to gain access to behind panels. Therefore, the front fit bezel provides an alternative route for installation, allowing the option to fit the product from the front using screws.
When not in use, the spring-loaded cap remains tightly closed, protecting the ports from the elements. When charging, it quickly locks open to protect your cables when plugged in.

The charge cable supplied with your device (tablet, phone, action camera, etc) must be used to achieve maximum charge performance from this charger. Phones will charge at the same speed whether on a 12V or 24V input voltage system. However, a 24V system must be used to get the full 60W output suitable for fast-charging laptops.
