Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The TITAN series antennas perfectly combine the technical characteristics of robustness and performance of 8' antennas in just 4’ of length. Constructed from a solid 2 mm thick fibreglass body, with an electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel ferrule featuring an exclusive conical design, solid internal brass and copper elements, and empowered by the original Scout foam injection system, which allows these antennas to boast an IP69 water resistance level. The antennas (VHF and AIS models) are supplied with 6m (20’) low-loss RG-58 coax cable with a pre-installed FME female connector, to allow a quick connection to the VHF/AIS device without the need for plugging and soldering, thanks to the FME male/PL male adaptor (included).
