Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter is a DC-DC converter that charges a 12/24V service battery in vehicles with an intelligent dynamo. Since these dynamos (powered by the onboard electronics of Euro 5 and 6 engines) do not always emit the correct charging current when the engine is running, a DC-DC converter is essential for charging the service battery properly.
