Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Add 1 fluid ounce for every 4 gallons of gas or diesel fuel. Allow to sit in the tank for a minimum of 24 hours before using rejuvenated fuel. Note: Keep spare fuel filters on hand. Star Tron Tank Cleaner will disperse hardened deposits and can load or clog filters. After two treatments, the fuel tank should be cleaned of all deposits and fuel filters will no longer load or clog up. After using this product to thoroughly clean fuel tanks, maintain the system with Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment to prevent future carbon buildup and gumming.
