Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The SCM-MFD-LC is a kit that comes with two Shadow-Caster products. The Multi-Zone Lighting Controller ( SCM-ZC-SA) and the MFD Ethernet Communication Bridge ( SCM-MFD-Bridge). Allows a user to easily control all of the Shadow-Caster and Standard RGB lighting on their vessel.
