Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The coiled hose features strain relief to help prevent kinking. Included in the kit are an adjustable spray tip nozzle with thumb lever for flow control as well as a quick connect fitting. The quick connect fitting allows the hose to easily attach/detach from the spray tip nozzle as well as allow the nozzle to swivel a full 360-degrees.
