Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. If the surface presently has mildew stains, first use Star brite® Mildew Stain Remover to clean the area before applying Star brite® Mildew Stain Blocker. Spray onto surfaces to be treated and allow to air-dry. Wipe up any overspray. Reapply monthly. Note: Test for effect on color in an inconspicuous area before treating the entire area. If an adverse effect is noted, do not continue use. Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the purchase price of this product.
