Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. SmartPlug Receptacles are designed to provide the maximum surface contact to efficiently transfer power while minimizing resistance which causes heat. These receptacles are used to upgrade existing marina pedestals. They can also be installed in industry-standard electrical boxes when used in conjunction with our spring-loaded weather doors.
SmartPlug plugs self-align with these receptacles and has an automatic lock system when engaged. The push-in design provides self-cleaning for the pins and clips which insures clean power transfer.
