Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable, including used/installed products, clearance items, trolling motors, and special-order items.

All returns require prior approval (RMA). Contact support@egretmarine.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved returns may include up to a 15% restocking fee (disclosed during approval).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
