Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Torque™ 3/8" - 5/8" Diameter Mini Rail Base with 1" Ball
The RAM® Torque™ handlebar and rail mounting base has a 1" rubber ball and accommodates bars 3/8" to 5/8" in diameter. Sizing inserts are included to provide a snug fit and protection of the rail. The mount utilizes nylon-insert locknuts to prevent loosening in high vibration environments.
Allows for mounting to scooter mirror rails as well as vehicle headrests and other round rails within the stated dimensions.
