Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. These poles are made up of three easy to ship carbon fiber sections. The outer layer shows a carbon fiber weave, the collars are bright dipped anodized aluminum (isolated).

All Top Gun outrigger poles have a reinforced PVC sleeve to fit a 1.5" outrigger holder. Sleeves are available to fix other manufacturers bases. Rupp is the choice of a wide range of boat manufacturers.
