Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The Shockwave S5-SS stainless steel suspension base is the latest addition to the S5 product line. Welded construction using electropolished 316 stainless steel to last a lifetime. The Shockwave S5-SS is best suited for saltwater environments with high salinity, humidity, and moderate sea conditions.
Fitted with a FOX Rhythm air-sprung shock with adjustable rebound and compression, suspension travel is 4-inch vertical and 1.5-inch forward, using a four-link forward action, mitigating deceleration associated with wave impact.
A shock pump with a pressure gauge is included with your purchase at no extra cost.
