Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Inverters allow you to power domestic equipment - requiring 230V/120V AC - using 'leisure' or 'automotive' batteries rated at 12V, 24V, or 48VDC. 

The VE.Direct port can be connected to:

  • A computer (VE.Direct to USB interface cable needed)
  • Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, MacBook, and other devices (VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle needed)
