Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. FLIR's RJ45 waterproof connector is a key component for installing and operating your maritime thermal camera from FLIR. The RJ45 waterproof connector connects the thermal camera itself to the Joystick Control Unit (JCU) using an Ethernet cord, transmitting both data and electricity along a single cord.
FLIR has designed the RJ45 waterproof connector with a standard RJ45 port, and it is PoE enabled so you can connect it directly to your JCU without having to use a PoE Injector. It is designed with a sturdy waterproof enclosure to protect against the elements, meaning the connector won't be the weakest link in your thermal imaging chain. You can't control your thermal camera without FLIR's RJ45 waterproof connector.
