Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. This transducer has a depth of 3,000 ft; an operating frequency of 42 to 65 kHz and 85 to 135 kHz; a beamwidth of 16 to 25 degrees and 11 to 16 degrees; and a 0 to 20 degree deadrise.
