Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Poco 4 is the latest iteration of the award-winning Poco system and introduces innovative features such as intelligent sound-to-light, NMEA 2000 compatibility, and CAN bus integration. When installed with Lumitec’s PLIenabled lights, even more functionality is unleashed – precise control over color selection and intensity, custom lighting scene creation with interactive sound-to-light, and the ability to add ‘virtual circuits’ on a single channel, allowing aftermarket installers to add lights and improve on-board lighting designs without adding any additional wire runs.
