Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Includes Spot-Lock activation, a rotary speed control dial, a momentary/constant on toggle, an AutoPilot on/off toggle, and an 18' cable with a waterproof connector plug. Plug-n-play with Terrova or Riptide Terrova motors, and works in conjunction with CoPilot, i-Pilot, i-Pilot Link, and GPS navigation systems. Compatible with Terrova and Riptide Terrova trolling motors, model years 2017 and after.
