Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Horizontal 6" Swing Arm Mount with Ball
The RAM-109H-2BU consists of a 6" long STRAIGHT swing arm mounted on a horizontal surface mounting base. At the free end of the mount swing arm is a round 1.5" diameter ball. The connection between the swing arm and the base is a bolt pivot point, and the round plate and arm connection is the RAM ball and socket system. The bolt pivoting point allows a complete 360 degree rotation and the ball and socket system allows a 180 degree vertical pivot with a 360 degree rotation.
