Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The RAM-B-224-1-379-M616U consists of a 3.3" diameter suction cup twist lock base, STANDARD length double socket arm and 1" diameter ball, containing a M6 x 30 SS HEX head bolt. The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. The suction cup, twist lock base is designed to have a strong hold on glass and non-porous plastic surfaces.
The RAM-B-224-1-379-M616U reduces the mounting footprint, compared to old dragonfly units that contain a large neck. This mount allows for a seamless marriage of RAM components into your Raymarine system, opening up the ball and socket system and all of our mounting options to you.
