Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The Rule General Purpose Pump is designed for use as a washdown pump and/or to circulate water to your livewell tank(s). Heavy duty construction for use on commercial or pleasure boats. 1-1/2" (38mm) inlet and 1-1/2" (38mm) discharge outlet. The Rule General Purpose Pump must be mounted below the waterline. It does not deliver high pressure, nor is it self priming. It delivers lots of water but at low pressure. 12 volts DC unless noted.
