Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. IDC-100 series is a complete line of high efficiency 100 Watt isolated DC-DC converters suitable for applications requiring galvanic isolation between the input and the output. IDC-100A-12 isolated DC-DC converter provides a highly regulated output DC voltage of 12.5 Volts for an input DC voltage range of 9-18 Volts and rated output current of 8 Amps (at 18 Volts input). Features of this isolated DC-DC converter include compact housing, fold-back current limiting and protection against short circuit, overheating, overvoltage and reverse polarity connection. The unit comes with 1/4” push-on flat blade “quick disconnect” connectors. IDC-100A-12 isolated DC-DC converter is EMI/EMC compliant and conforms to European standards EN50081-1 (for EMI), EN50082-1 (for EMC) and the European Automotive Directive 95/54/CE.
