Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Use the remote to program inverter and battery charging parameters. Save a parameter set on a removable 16GB SD Card (the SD card slot located on the remote face of the EVO-RC). Transfer saved parameters to other EVOTM inverter/chargers or insert the SD card into a computer and make parameter adjustments there.
Data log historic power consumption, inverter functionality, battery charging activity, faults and all of the conditions leading up to them. Analyze trends for more efficient use of off-grid resources.
