Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Instructions for Use:
1. Spray a small amount in an inconspicuous area to test compatibility.
2. Spray the cleaner on the surface of the cord or rub rail and let it sit for 30 seconds.
3. Use the abrasive mitt, placing the cord in the palm of the mitt.
4. Wrap your mitted hand around the cord or use the mitt flat on rub rails.
5. Clean with a back-and-forth motion and watch as your cord and rub rail return to a like-new condition.
