Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The Remote Panel reads like a fuel gauge and displays critical information on the charging of battery banks. It is very easy to install, read, and operate, connecting with the battery charger through the included telephone cable. The TRUECharge3 Remote Panel is designed for use with TRUECharge3 Battery Chargers.
