Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. The J-Base comes with two #10 (5 mm) selftapping screws. Drill a pilot hole in mast, apply silicone sealant or Locktite® and screw into mast. Installation of J-Base can also be accomplished by tapping the mast for 3/16" (5 mm) machine screws or by using epoxy putty to affix base to the mast
