Returns are accepted within 30 days after shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. The following items are not eligible for return: Installed or used products, clearance or final-sale items, trolling motors, programmed AIS units, KVH Starlink products that are registered or opened, special-order products, or products displaying the notice “This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.” in their description. Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography (unless defective) are not eligible for return. RAM 1" Diameter Ball Double Socket Arm with Diamond Base

The RAM-103-238U consists of a diamond base and double socket arm that will accept 1" ball bases. The diamond base measures 2.43" x 1.31" and contain two holes 1.912" from center to center, positioned at both ends of the diamond base. The hole pattern found on the diamond base will connect to many RAM cradles, as well as third party cradles including mounts with the industry standard AMPS hole pattern. Designed into the mount is a 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the socket arm; this with a twist of the arm knob allows for you to maneuver the mount to your optimum viewing position.
